Share Links, QR Codes, and Public Pages

Open play nights and tournaments each have a share icon that hands you a link to send anywhere. Series links live on the player-side Series screen — switch to Player view to grab one. For clinics, share your club page.

Put the link in the group chat, or print it as a QR code on a flyer at the desk.

• People with the app land straight on the event.

• People without the app land on a clean public page — event name, date, price, spots left — with an App Store button on iPhone and a browser sign-up on any device. Your club comes pre-selected when they join.

Why this matters: it turns every group chat and every flyer into a recruiting channel. Nobody needs the app to see what’s on, and joining takes one tap from that page.

Desk guests get the same treatment. After adding a New Guest to a tournament roster, tap Send Invite Text. Messages opens on your phone with the event link ready to send, so they can claim their spot.
