One-Time Club Setup

Courts, hours, Stripe, booking rules, and the waiver — the foundation everything else sits on.

Setup is usually done with the Clubhouse team when you come on board. It’s the foundation everything else sits on, so it helps to know where each piece lives.

  1. Club info and hours: Settings → Club Information and Operating Hours.

  2. Stripe: Settings → Payments → Payment Setup (Stripe). A green “You’re all set!” means money flows to your bank.

  3. Courts: Settings → Courts → Manage Courts. You need at least one active court before you can create Open Play, leagues, or tournaments. Clinics don’t need a court on file.

  4. Booking rules: Settings → Booking Settings — Enable Court Booking, Advance Booking (how many days ahead players can book) and Cancellation Policy (how much notice a player must give to get a court booking back as club credit — 24 hours unless you change it). Booking policy & timing holds the finer clocks: how long an unpaid court is held, when players may move a booking, and when an unfilled split booking goes on the open board. The defaults suit most clubs, so leave them until you have a reason.

  5. Liability waiver: Settings → Booking Settings → Liability Waiver.

  6. Membership plans: Settings → Memberships → Manage Plans.

  7. Your staff: the Staff tab.

Important: changes on the main Settings screen only stick after you tap Save Changes at the bottom. Sub-screens like Manage Courts, Manage Plans, and Liability Waiver save on their own.

Phone or computer

The Manager view lives in the iPhone app and on the web — sign in on a computer and you get the same Analytics, Schedule, Staff, Events, and Settings. Front-desk staff get their own desk view.
