Memberships

Some nights are for members only. Tap Register on one and a Join This Event screen opens with the membership plans that get you in. If the night is free for members but open to everyone else for a fee, that one-off entry is offered there too.

You can also join a plan from your club’s page, and you manage all of it under Profile → Settings → My Memberships.

Cancel a membership and you keep it until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. One exception: if your club set your membership up for you outside the app, there’s no billing period to run out, so it ends as soon as you cancel. Check with the club if you’re not sure which kind you have.

Club credit

Profile → Settings → Club Credit shows what you have, club by club. Credit only works at the club that gave it to you, and it’s never paid out in cash.

  • On a court booking it comes off the price by itself — you’ll see the credit as its own line at checkout.

  • On an event you use it yourself: when your balance covers the whole entry fee, the register button changes to “Register with $X Credit”.

Club credit isn’t the same thing as the free clinic sessions some membership plans include.

Club credit does not expire.

Your profile

The Profile tab holds your Rating, your Performance and History, and your Settings — memberships, club credit, past bookings, and notifications.

Keep push notifications on. That’s how you hear about your court, your partner, and waitlist spots.

One habit worth having: add your club under the club picker on the Play tab (Explore Clubs → Add). That puts your club’s announcements on your home screen, so you never miss a new league or event.

What you can change about yourself

Profile → Settings → Play Preferences holds your Court Side, Handedness, and Gender (used to match you to eligible events). Tap a selected option again to clear it.

There is no profile photo upload today, and no privacy settings. Your name, rating and results are visible to other players at your club and to club staff.

Notifications

Profile → Settings → NotificationsPush Notifications. It is a single switch, on by default. If you have turned notifications off in iOS Settings, the app says so and takes you straight there.

There are no per-topic controls, and club emails have no unsubscribe link. If a club is sending you too much, tell them directly.

Getting help

Profile → Settings → Help & SupportReport a Problem or Ask a Question. It reaches the team and replies come by email. Four categories cover something broken, a payment issue, a question, or a suggestion. Your app version, device and current club are attached automatically.

Deleting your account

Profile → Settings → AccountDelete Account. Two confirmations, the second requiring you to type DELETE.

This is permanent and immediate. It removes your bookings, ratings, match history, memberships, registrations and standings, and closes your login. Payment records are kept but stripped of your identity, because financial records must be retained. There is no undo and no grace period, so settle anything outstanding first.
