Join Open Play, Clinics, and Leagues

Open play nights

Compete → Open Play, pick a night, then tap Register. If your club credit covers the whole entry fee, the button reads “Register with $X Credit”. If it covers only part, you pay by card and keep your credit.

If a night is full, tap Full — Join Waitlist — how the waitlist works is covered below.

On the night

Your Home tab shows a live card with the round number and your NEXT MATCH: which court you’re on and who you’re playing. Each round we also send you a message naming your partner.

In the event’s match list your game is tagged YOUR MATCH. Tap it to keep score yourself as you play, or leave it and a staff member will enter it.

Clinics

Learn → Clinics, pick a session, then tap Enroll. If it’s full, join the waitlist: when a spot opens, free sessions enroll you instantly and paid sessions hold it for 30 minutes while you pay.

Leagues

You sign up one week at a time. Every week of a league appears in Compete → Open Play just like any other night, some marked “Series”. Register for the weeks you can make, and your points add up over the season.

Good to know: every registration sends you a confirmation email with a calendar invite attached. Add it and you’ll never double-book yourself.

If it is full

Registering for a full event puts you on the waitlist automatically — the button reads Full — Join Waitlist, then shows your position. Clinics have a Join Waitlist button on each session. Waitlists are first-come, first-served and move the moment someone drops out.

If a spot opens on a paid event you get 30 minutes to pay, and the spot is held for you the whole time. Nobody is charged automatically. Miss the window and it passes to the next person. Free events, and events your membership covers, put you straight in.

If the event starts and you never got in, you will be told — and you were never charged.

Fixed-partner events

Some events register you as a pair. You will be asked for your partner and how you are splitting the fee, and your partner gets an invitation to accept and pay their share. Until they do, the registration is not complete.
