Create a League

A league is a weekly season: the same night every week, with points adding up to a season leaderboard.

1. Events → Leagues → Create New League.

2. Weekly Session Format — Americano, Mexicano, King of the Court, or Round Robin. Every week runs as one session of this format.

3. Schedule — first session date, number of weeks, session day, start and end time.

4. Settings — entry fee per week, max players, and an optional season prize pool. The summary shows the whole season at a glance.

5. Create League — the season and every weekly night are created together.

Opening each week for sign-ups

You decide when each week opens. Go to Events → Open Play, where the weeks sit under Drafts, named Week 1, Week 2 and so on. Tap a week, then tap Open Registration and players can sign up for it.

Many clubs open the first few weeks straight away and the rest as the season goes on, so members commit to what’s next rather than the whole term at once.

The league secret, again: each week is managed as its own Open Play night. That’s where you open registration, edit, message, or cancel a specific week, and where per-week members pricing and skill restrictions live.

What a league costs a player

Players pay per week, not once for the season. The entry fee you set is copied onto every week, so a $20 fee across eight weeks is $160, charged eight times.

Starting a week

Once registration is open and you have your minimum players, Start Event begins it — or leave it: the week starts itself at the scheduled time once you have your minimum. The button stays disabled until then, and tells you how many you are short. A week that never reaches its minimum won’t start, and disappears from players’ view the next day.

Where members find standings

League standings are currently reached through a shared link or a push notification, not by browsing the app. Send the link when you announce the league, and again when standings first appear.
