Create a Tournament

Tournaments are brackets with a champion at the end — best for one-off competitive weekends.

1. Events → Tournaments → Create New Tournament.

2. Event Details and Sport — only sports you have active courts for appear.

3. Format — Single or Double Elimination.

4. Team Size — singles, doubles, or both.

5. Scoring and Schedule — how matches are scored, and the tournament dates.

6. Draws — tick the skill levels and gender categories. One draw is created for every combination of team size, skill level, and gender, and the Draw Preview counts them before you commit.

7. Settings — entry fee, prize pool, and min and max players per draw.

8. Create Tournament, then open registration when you’re ready.

Running it

Once you have your players, open the Manage tab and tap Generate Bracket. You don’t need to close registration first. If you have more than one draw, pick each draw in the Draws strip at the top and generate its bracket.

Review the draw, then tap Approve Tournament to lock it in. Send your players a note so they know the draw is up. Enter scores from the Manage tab as matches finish, and Mark Complete at the end.
