Create a Clinic

Clinics are coached group sessions. Players enroll in individual sessions and pay one session at a time.

1. Events → Clinics → Create New Clinic.

2. Pick the instructor — staff appointed as a Pro appear here. If the list is empty, add your pro in the Staff tab first.

3. Set the pattern — date range, the days of the week it runs, session time and length. The form shows exactly how many sessions it will schedule.

4. Price and capacity — what one player pays for one session, and how many players fit in a session.

5. Publish Immediately — on means live now. Off saves a draft members can’t see, so you can build it Tuesday and publish Friday.

Good to know: a draft clinic shows a “Draft — not visible to players” banner until you publish it. If members say they can’t find a clinic, that banner is usually why.

After creating it you can edit the name, description, dates, price, and capacity, and add extra sessions with Add Session. The weekly pattern and the instructor stay as set — to change those, create a new clinic.
