Analytics and Opportunities
Three honest tiles, dollar-value suggestions, and the four deep-dive views.

When Your Courts Fill. Darker means busier; tap a quiet cell to create a pricing rule for it.
The Analytics tab opens with three tiles — Revenue, Court usage, Active players — each with a How? link explaining exactly how it’s worked out. No mystery math.
Opportunities
The app reads your club’s numbers and suggests what to do next. Most suggestions carry a dollar figure — “Tuesday 7–9pm runs empty; a rule or event here is worth about $400 a month” — and a one-tap fix: create the clinic, add the pricing rule, send the outreach.
Not relevant? Tap Not relevant to my club, in the ⋯ menu on the top card or by long-pressing any card in the list. That card drops off your feed, so use it when you mean it.
If your club is on the growth program and has finished its setup checklist, you and your managers also get one push a week naming your top opportunity.
Each card shows its working under How is this calculated, so you can judge whether the estimate is fair for your club. It never tells you what price to charge — only where the opportunity is.
The four deep-dive views
Revenue — revenue over time, plus Membership Health: active members and monthly recurring revenue per tier.
Courts — utilization plus a heatmap of when your courts fill. Tap a cold cell and the app offers to create a gap-fill pricing rule or a recurring event on the spot. Weather Impact shows how weather moved your bookings.
Players — who joined and who hasn’t been seen, top bookers, newcomer conversion, and a Regulars Watch List: regulars whose visits are slipping, worth a text before they drift.
Events — net revenue from events, attendance and show rate, and format performance: which nights actually earn.
What Total Revenue includes — and what it does not
The revenue figure adds up five things: court bookings, event entry fees, clinics, private lessons, and memberships.
Membership is the one to understand. It is not the money you collected this period. It is a projection — the monthly value of your currently-active plans, pro-rated across the period you are viewing, with annual plans shown as one-twelfth per month.
Selling ten annual memberships on the 1st does not show ten payments. It shows one month of value.
Memberships carried over from another system, without a live subscription, are not counted at all.
The growth percentage deliberately excludes memberships, so it reflects transaction revenue only.
Court bookings are attributed to when the court is played, not when it was booked. Net Payout is total revenue less platform commission — 15% on bookings and memberships, 8% on events, none on clinics or lessons.
Utilization
The Courts segment shows When Your Courts Fill, a weekday-by-hour heatmap, where a multi-hour booking fills every hour it covers. Tap any quiet cell to jump straight to creating a pricing rule for it.
