Your Team: Managers, Staff, and Pros
Who can do what, how to add people, and why pros must be appointed before clinics.

Your team: owners, managers, and staff
The Staff tab holds two lists with different powers.
Owners and managers
Full dashboard access — everything in these guides. A manager can do everything an owner can, except appoint other managers.
Staff
Roles are Pro, Front Desk, Support, and Marketing. Staff get a simpler view:
In the iPhone app they run event nights: start rounds, enter scores, add players, take desk payments, and message players.
In the staff view on a computer they get the desk tools: walk-in bookings, court blocks, and cancelling or moving a player’s booking. Owners and managers get the full club dashboard on the web too.
Pros run their own clinics and private lessons.
Club settings, club-wide analytics, and creating or editing open play, leagues, and tournaments stay with you and your managers. Staff see their own earnings.
Adding someone
Staff tab → the person-with-plus icon in the top right, enter their account email, and pick a role. They need a free Clubhouse account first, which takes about 30 seconds.
Why pros matter: only staff appointed as a Pro can be picked as a clinic instructor, and their hourly rate and revenue share are set when you add them. If the instructor list looks empty when you create a clinic, appoint your pro here first.
Pro is the only role that can take private lessons, and appointing one requires a lesson rate and a club/staff share.
Staff of any role are deliberately limited on events: they can run a night — advancing rounds, starting and finishing — but they cannot re-price or reconfigure an event. Pricing and setup stay with owners and managers.
Removing someone takes away their staff access but leaves their player account alone.
