Your App in 30 Seconds
The five tabs of the Manager view, how to switch to Player view, and the one idea that makes everything click.

Switching between Manager and Player view in Settings
The one idea behind everything: the app is your staff, not your boss. Members book, register, and pay by themselves. The app confirms, reminds, and fills waitlists for you. Your job is to set up the programming and watch the numbers.
The five tabs
Analytics — revenue, court use, players, and events, plus Opportunities: suggested actions, most of them carrying a monthly dollar figure.
Schedule — today’s calendar, walk-in bookings, and court blocks.
Staff — your team: managers, pros, and front desk.
Events — create and run Leagues, Clinics, Tournaments, and Open Play.
Settings — club info, hours, courts, membership plans, pricing, Stripe, and announcements.
Good to know: the app reopens on whichever tab you used last, so don’t worry if it doesn’t open on Analytics.
Manager view and Player view
You also have a normal player account. To switch: Settings → Switch View → Player.
To come back: Profile → Settings → Switch View, then pick your club role. It’s labelled Manager if you’re a manager, Club Owner if you’re an owner.
Two minutes in Player view answers most “why can’t they find it” questions.
Next: Speak Clubhouse: The Six Words.
Can’t find what you need? Ask from inside the app: Settings → Report a Problem or Ask a Question.
