Membership Plans and Your Member List

Create plans, find the member roster, and know what Needs Attention means.

Editing a membership plan: price, billing, access, and perks

Editing a membership plan: price, billing, access, and perks

Create and edit plans

Settings → Memberships → Manage Plans. Each plan has a name, a monthly or annual price, and perks. For members-only or free-for-members events, switch on the plan perk Members-Only Events (“Free entry to open plays reserved for this plan”).

Find your member list

On the Membership Plans screen, tap the two-person icon in the top right. That icon is easy to miss, and it’s the door to your member roster.

Filters: All, Active, Needs Attention, Invited, Past. Needs Attention means a member whose payment is stuck — either a failed renewal or a sign-up whose first payment never went through. Worth a friendly word at the desk before it becomes a cancellation.

Everyone who plays, not just members

Analytics → Players → See All Players lists every player at your club. Search by name or email, filter by rating band, and sort by Most Active, Most Bookings, Most Spent, or Most Recent. Tap someone for their booking history, spend, activity trend, and trophies — and to adjust their rating if it’s clearly wrong. Members is a separate screen showing everyone on a paid plan.

What you can and cannot change

You can adjust a player's rating — tap their row, then Adjust Rating, with a reason. You cannot edit their name, email or phone. Those belong to the player.

Duplicate records

If the same person appears twice, it is usually because staff added them to an event by name and they later signed up themselves. Those are two separate records and there is currently no way to merge them. The older record keeps the history; the new one starts empty.

Decide which record they are actually using, use Adjust Rating to carry their rating across, and report it through Help & Support so we can merge them properly. Do not try to fix it by deleting registrations — that removes their history.

To avoid creating one: when adding a player at the desk, always use the email they would sign up with.

Granting and ending memberships on the web

From the web dashboard’s Members page you can add someone to a plan — send them an invite, or comp it free — cancel a membership, or revoke a pending invite. The iPhone app shows the member list; the granting tools live on the web.
