Connect Stripe to Your Club
The one setup step only you can do. Where to find it, what Stripe asks for, and what happens next.
Clubhouse sets up everything else with you. Stripe is the one step that has to be you, because the payouts land in your bank account. It takes about five minutes.
Where to find it
Open the Clubhouse app and sign in with your club owner account.
Tap Settings — the last tab along the bottom.
Under Payments, tap Payment Setup (Stripe).
You can also reach it from the setup checklist on your Analytics tab — tap the Connect Stripe step.
Connecting your account
Tap Connect Stripe Account.
Stripe opens inside the app. Fill in your business details, the person legally responsible for the account, and the bank account you want payouts sent to.
When you finish, Stripe brings you straight back to Clubhouse and the screen updates on its own.
What you’ll see afterwards
You’re all set! — your account can take payments and receive payouts. Nothing more to do.
Verification Pending — Stripe is reviewing your account, which usually takes one to two business days. Nothing is needed from you; pull down to refresh the screen.
Continue Setup — Stripe still needs something from you. Tap it to pick up where you left off.
Changing your bank details later
On the same screen, open Manage Payout Account and tap Update Payout Details to change your bank or view payouts. If the club changes owner or legal entity, use Replace Connected Account — the old account keeps paying out on past charges until the new one is verified.
Good to know
Online booking and paid events need Stripe connected and approved for charges, so it’s worth doing early.
Payouts go to the bank account you give Stripe. You can change it any time without touching anything else in Clubhouse.
Once you’re connected, see Payouts, Credit, and Refunds for how the money flows from there.
Can’t find what you need? Ask from inside the app: Settings → Report a Problem or Ask a Question.
